Nairobi SharePoint User Group Meets for the First Time

Very excited to see the User Group in Nairobi setup their first meeting. It was great being a part of the building of the community. I want to support the community by posting a quick message to reach out to the great people of Kenya.

I recently wrote about the Sharing the Point meeting and community kick off in a post about building community. I love seeing that happen. It also says a lot about the passion the group has for getting together. I wish them the best.

Good luck to the SharePoint folks in Keyna!

  1. Kudos, keep up the good work, do you know how Nairobi SPUG is progressing? i couldn’t find a blog, facebook page or linkedin group & this http://www.spug.co.ke leads nowhere!

    • I know they’ve had a couple of SharePoint Saturday events since they started. I bet Jim Bob Howard is still keeping in touch.
